We specifically and repeatedly said that we would be checking in early in the morning after a red eye flight. The front desk disregarded these instructions and gave the room to someone else. I am furious.
I will not stay here again.

Nicely kept up hotel, very friendly staff. A great place to stay. Large pool got the kids (and us too). Great breakfast. A really nice time.
We had to be in Cleveland early and had a relatively long drive so we decided to get a room but didn't want to stay directly in Cleveland. This property is close enough that we didn't have to get up extremely early. The room was clean and it did provide a continental breakfast.
We had tge ada room. We didn't need use of the shower but for ada, it'd be helpful for just a walking shower without having to step over a tub edge, even a low one. The rooms were clean the carpets could use a quick clean or spot clean. The breakfast was real good and had great options.
Hotel was clean. The breakfast was very good. Glad they allow pets. Easy check in.
