Everything was good, Sonya at the front desk was great.
The hotel was clean, Check in was EASY! And Tameeka helped me get a safety pin for my dress! She also fixed it for me since we were leaving for a wedding! She went above and beyond! Grateful and Thankful! We will be back if we are back in Charlotte!

The room was needed last minute at midnight after a canceled flight. It was accommodating and clean. Helpful shuttle drivers and very friendly staff. Turned a frustrating day into a relaxing night's sleep! Thanks to the staff for doing a great job!
