Friendly Stuff
staff was very friendly.
The TV did not work. The pillows smelled bad. Staff not very helpful. You have to pay for breakfast. Too pricy compared to nearby nicer hotels. The quality has really gone down compared to when we first stayed.

Great stay. Staff is always great.
All the staff are so very nice and friendly. They are short staffed so it took a very long time to get housekeeping for our room. The pool was super clean although lacking towels. The location is okay because the one dollar shuttle is a few steps away making it super easy to get to downtown cincy if you don't want to walk over the bridge. Had a great weekend. Nothing fancy but overall fantastic couple of days.
