"The worst hotel experience."

This has been the worst hotel experience. We booked this hotel specifically for the indoor pool. The pool was so cold we couldn’t even swim in it. There was hair floating in it. Then the room was unclean. There was hair left in the bathroom. And last, the final straw was the TV would not work. We couldn’t stream anything or even watch cable because the remote wouldn’t let you scroll through the menu. When we called the front desk to inquire about the TV we were told the Internet was not hooked up and then they hung up the phone. Would not recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice establishment to take your family for a hotel stay.
