I remember coming here years ago as a kid now I’m bringing my kids here having access from your room to the open area where the pool and the arcade at is really nice and convenient. For an older hotel, the place held up really well and is maintained excellent location right by Six Flags multiple restaurants within a five minute driving distance I’d give this place four 1/2 out of five stars.
This hotel was very nice. The staff were very helpful. We arrived early and instead of making us wait until 4p.m. to check in, they found a room that was ready for us, since we were only staying one night.
There was a nice atmosphere, the pool was nice and all that.

I had a handicap accessable room. we needed maintenance assistance to use the coffee pot provided and a stepstool so I could climb up to the bed. They came right away and fixed the coffee pot then answered our question on how to turn on certain lights. They quickly returned with a stepstool for me to use and changed out the coffee pot so we would have no more problems. I was very impressed by their knowledge and their pleasantness and how they took care of our problems. The last night of our stay, however, I fell on the 2nd floor where there is carpet to absorb the water from wet feet. the floor was quite wet and slippery but I didn't slip. My foot caught on the carpet (it was flat on the floor)at the edge and I lost my balance and went down. Many Good Samaritans appeared for which I am very grateful. they got me back on my feet and showed me a safer way to the Hay Market. The only challenging areas for me were the steep ramps with no railings.
Clean, convenient location and friendly. Great Experience.
Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The warm pool is amazing. The games and mini golf and shuffleboard are a huge bonus. We will definitely be going back!
