The hotel was well priced compared to other properties in the area and is a full service hotel with bar and restaurant that was priced comparably to budget hotels without such facilities. I've stayed here multiple times and the hotel has always been clean and well maintained and the staff welcoming and professional. One tip, however; there is an indoor pool in a courtyard.
All the staff I encountered were welcoming and friendly. The man monitoring the breakfast buffet was very cheerful. He kept everything fresh and well stocked. It was such a nice way to start the morning before the long drive back home.
I do not appreciate directing my reservation call to your hotel to an agent. They gave me a good rate but added their fees without disclosing it. I saw what they paid you $85 and I paid $140. Very deceptive practice. I sung your praises last time I stayed with you. No more.
Stayed here for work. Beds were incredibly comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean.
A full hot breakfast buffet consisting of eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, hash, fruit, muffins, juices, cereal and coffee is provided for each room. Limit of 2 breakfast coupons per room. $10.00 additional for each adult per room. A limited hot breakfast plated meal is also available, instead of the buffet.

We absolutely loved it!
We booked rooms next to each other when we got to the hotel they had one on one floor one on the other floor. The hotel was extremely dirty. Food was smeared into our carpet. Staff was extremely unfriendly and disrespectful. I was super unsatisfied with my visit probably will never stay again and deter anyone of my friends or family from ever going there.
Everyone who worked with us was polite and attentive.
The staff here from the front desk to housekeeping to the staff at the restaurant on site, were all amazing! Very helpful and polite!

The hotel juggled a rehearsal dinner, large wedding and a school reunion that I knew of. Everything went like a well oiled machine. The amount and quality of food that came out of Benvenuto's was astounding and even better was the reasonable prices. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that asks.
