Horrible doesn’t come close. Not one side entry door stayed locked as card readers did not work reported several times actually one door had tape on it and another something was placed to keep doors open 24 hrs. No HOT water in room. Ice machine on 1st floor did not work and no sign on it telling where another was. Reported TV not working and no one came to fix it. Front desk could not communicate well at all. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. Makes me not want to ever travel and book BW.
If you're wanting to save $25 on a room, this is a good choice. They had run out of much of the breakfast by 7:30 AM and they were not getting more. this was a big problem.
