The Gander location requires a refresh. It is an older building and it shows! The beds are extremely soft and not helpful for an aging population with back and neck issues. On a brighter note, your front end staff (Robbin) is very engaging and helpful! Breakfast was good.
I’ve stayed in many hotels but the Quality Inn in Clarneville is the only one I’ll stay at when travelling in the area. The staff are amazing and friendly, the rooms are always spectacularly clean and the breakfast at Bella’s is amazing.
