Favorite place to stay when we visit Pittsburgh!
Our stay was interrupted by the noisy room next door: we had to call down to the front desk at 230am and again at 4am. We had an early doctor appointment at 7am so it made it a long day. Also, our phone in our room did not work.
Clean,but spartan like,2 adults one chair had to eat our take out food sitting on the bed I guess that's why they call it a king leisure room.
Your staff is amazing especially Holly, ive never experienced such amazing staff everyone was talked about it.
My power was out for a few days and I needed to find a hotel to stay. Everyone at Holiday Inn Express was so nice and helpful. The room was big and clean. The free breakfast was filling. When my light died in my bathroom the maintenance team took care of the issue right away.
Just one night but turned out perfect!
TV remote did not work. Light above shower was very dim.Told clerk about it but it never was fixed while we were there.
Very happy with our stay. Front deck reps were very helpful at check in.
