When we arrived late, Kat (or Cat?) was wonderful when we checked in! Very helpful describing parking options, places we could still find hot food at that hour, etc. Great location too. We pulled into town late in the dark, tired and it was easy to just look up and see the Hyatt sign. Easy walk to Old Market. All good!
Wonderful staff and beautiful room. Very clean.
The hotel room was spacious and clean for the six of us. We were provided plenty of towels and linens. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient and safe. I would recommend highly and stay again if we were in the area.
one They didn’t program my keycard to exit out of the parking. two Very expensive parking. 3/They didn’t fix my room until the fourth day. four The lights in the eating area were blinking and they didn’t care. five The toaster didn’t work. 6 Vending machine scanner not working. 7 Worst coffee I’ve ever tasted. 8 Desk Employee refused to give me a receipt.

All of the employees I interacted with were kind and helpful. I was a little disappointed with the gym, as it only had one bench and two or the cardio machines need major repairs. Treadmill in the middle doesn't sense you are on it and turns off and the elliptical on the right keeps adjusting the intensity on its own. I also had some very loud neighbors and they would not stop being quite loud around 11:30. The staff was called twice but said they didn't hear anything. maybe it was above me? Also, my room had a few missing door locks/holes where door clips and stoppers should have been. Location is great, staff was great, just needs some attention.
Towels had rust stains one of them pillows like rocks. Paint peeling on bathroom ceiling. Generator starting and stopping outside my windows.
Quick check in, clean comfortable room. Accessible parking and easy to walk to local attractions! Great stay.
