We stayed here for a family get together. What a great time we had on your back patio! Plenty of room to wander around, comfortable couches, chairs around tables, kids in the pool. Gracious and very helpful staff. Lovely rooms with comfy beds, loved the big tubs and instant plentiful water. Breakfast room was inviting, with really good food and coffee, helpful staff and outdoor seating available. Ayres Fountain Valley is now permanently on my hotel list. Thank you for a great stay.
Had some trouble at front desk checkng in. Was told since I went thru a 3rd party I had one king size bed. I had requested two beds and would have preferred that but because I used Booking.com I was not able to change.

Very welcoming and responsive front desk personnel. Sweet, friendly maid service always greeted me. I travel alone and appreciate the safe and welcoming atmosphere at the Ayres hotels. Glad to have snacks and microwave small meals available for easy dinners in my room. Peaceful and quiet even though located next to a major freeway. Staff loaned me flashlight when I lost an earring. Friendly and responsive staff.
Everything is clean, staff is exceptionally professional and so knowledgeable. Will definitely stay here again. Will tell others as well.
I just couldn’t be more pleased. The manager and his staff were so very helpful. They always went out of their way to see if you needed anything. It sure rates five stars with me.
The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The small cafe inside the hotel was disappointing. The ranch dressing that came with our chicken tenders tasted rancid and we were afraid to finish our meal.
