A/C didn’t work when I arrived, front deck went up and “fixed it” it would never shut off. At night the hotel smells terrible, like Sewage! We are in town for a work trip. We have a party of 6 and none are happy with the stay. I will never stay at another IGH location again. The breakfast also was out of eggs a couple times in the morning and the store in the hotel was out of everything. The GM needs to be put on notice or fired. Terrible!
