Very good. Room was nice and just what we asked for. Smell in room was refreshing and clean. Staff was friendly and courteous. Will stay here again and whenever we are in Springfield.
You have to try to make your guest experience this bad. The stench when I opened the door set the stage for what awaited me inside. The room literally looked like it had been vandalized. The cigaret burned bed sheets were disguising.
