Room was clean and neat but only one micro sizebodywash/shampoo for two adults displays cheapness. The milk carafe at the breakfast buffet was a beaten up veteran. I took a pic to share but there is no place to post it. Why can’t it be replaced? In fact why couldn’t they have individual milk containers instead? The fruit was apples and tiny oranges. Why no bananas? Some people like bananas on their cereal. Used the workout room. One of the two treadmills was out of order. For as much as I paid I feel I did not get the level of excellence I paid for. The employees I interacted with were good professionals. I thought it was odd to have to ring a bell for someone to come out from behind a wall to deal with. Why can’t they sit up front to greet guests coming and going? Besides the 20 security camera displays are up front anyhow. How can they monitor the hotel from behind a wall?.
Great service for a late-night check-in. There were plenty of breakfast options. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the room was exceptionally clean, and the bathroom was spacious. I can't say enough good things about resting our heads at this wonderful place.
We were put in two separate rooms the first room 320 we first noticed the bathroom fan wouldn't work and the bathroom door wouldn't shut. When I went to tell the receptionist we were told no other room was available. And to just use both hands and pull really hard to shut the door. When I tur ed on the TV the screen was busted so I want back down stairs there was a shift change and I showed them the pictures of the room and there was magically another room available. When we went to the room across the hall the fridge didn't work and the room was covered in dust and grime. Out of the four ice machines in the building only the first floor and third floor worked. The place was so bad we did not stay the second day we had booked and was told we would not be refunded. I am going to rate this hotel on every platform available and show pictures.
We love staying here. Great service, clean and comfortable rooms.

Several of the knobs on the furniture were broken. Remote missing the back. Kind of a musty smell down the hallway. Just not what we usually get staying at a comfort suites.

The room was clean and neat, lobby was clean as well. We enjoyed the free breakfast. We are so close to my brothers when we stay there and we've stayed before. We will be back.
