Rude crude attitude,lied about reservations policy.
My only small issue I had was the fan in the bathroom kept running and couldn't be shut off. The bed was very comfortable, TV had lots of channels and the breakfast was very good.
It’s nice but, all of the hotels in this area by the Cleveland Clinic are much too expensive.
Notified the front desk about hole in wall and room being dirty, nothing was done to accommodate us. Will never stay or recommend this place.
