I stay at this hotel every time I travel home to and from Missouri. The staff there is always friendly and helpful. It is convenient in that there is a restaurant right next door with a covered walkway and the breakfast in the morning is excellent.
The rooms were very clean and nice. Enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff very professional, Empathetic, courteous, and available.
Loved the long counter but HATED Barn Door on bathroom. Too heavy to open w circle provided. Child could not open and lots of pinched fingers. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Always felt damp. Child’s height commode. Not made for adults!
Very nice wish the bar would have been open on Sunday and restaurant but the breakfast and staff top notch.

Not as clean as other IHG I have stayed at. The carpet and furniture were run down and looked dirty. No decaf hot tea bags available at the complimentary drink station. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Will not stay again due to noise.
