We were greeted with a smile and professionalism. The rooms were very clean. We had three pool side rooms, our family "early Christmas ". The pool area was always neat and clean. Everyone from the staff of cleaning, pool attendants, restaurant, maintenance and greeters were fantastic. I always have problems when booking three rooms. from what area to having the rooms, to having them right by each other. Everything was perfect. The pool is perfect for younger kids and hot tub was perfect temperature for them to be in the tub. THANKS for a fun time at your Hotel!
Stayed for a wedding… very clean and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
All good except NO nightlight in bathroom.

Booked one room for five people. Got put in a single king. Nothing they can do. Riddle me that. Typical hotel behavior.
