We stayed two nights, staff was friendly and very helpful in every way. We went to Miami to meet our cruise ship. They were very accommodating, we arrived early and they held our luggage until check in time and when our flight the next day wasn’t until later and the let us check out late and then hang out at the pool until we needed to leave. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Stayed on first floor and it was wonderful. A good stay, I would stay there again.
