You keep changing staff, we can’t call the hotel and get a direct reservation and the people you have getting the reservations are the most horrible rude people I have ever met. It was a big deal that they way overcharged me.. the help isn’t nearly as good as it used to be. What the hell is going on? I won’t ever get a reservation for most creeps again. It was a scam. You scammed me.

I visited my daughter. The hotel notified guests there would be no maid service December 24 and 25. I arrived on 21st. Room was serviced on 22nd and 23rd and never again through my departure on December 28th. I told the front desk the room was never serviced on the 26th and again on the 27th. So for a 7 night stay, room was only serviced first two nights. This was my first stay at a Hyatt and I’ll certainly think twice before I stay again.
