Called, set up room for guest, informed of early check in at 10. Location said it would cost $56 to get room earlier. Showed up at 12, room still wasn’t ready. Then told if it was mentioned it was Elite Member, would’ve gotten room faster. Booked room as Elite member. Person was unable to take shower and rest before meeting. I’m very disappointed. Can’t use points for room most times and not Elite has no meaning. Not happy at all.
