The check in experience was ok, the room was small and FAR from being a suite. This is the worst Hampton I’ve been to INCLUDING Roseburg Oregon. We went down to the “breakfast” at 7 am and I didn’t see anything remotely edible and they were out of coffee. There is only a single guest restroom in the lobby and it was in use the entire time we were down there. Literally every table was dirty. Staff blasé at best. Not very helpful. The grand finale is that we noticed on our way back upstairs that the elevator permit expired two months ago. We won’t be back.
All of the front counter personal were very professional and helpful. Excellent people.
