Ms. Doretha (may have spelled her name wrong) was very compassionate do to the fact we were traveling here for a family funeral, we were very upset and her comforting words and letting us know we would be well taken care of. .And WE WERE!, John in the restaurant also made sure our food was cooked to protection, served with a smile. I really appreciate the Love we experienced at Embassy Suites. Thank you for providing EXCELLENT SERVICE! God Bless🙏🏽❤️.
Hotel is very nice, the breakfast and coffee is great and being able to leave your car and take the shuttle to the cruise port is fantastic and one of the reasons we booked.
Very accommodating at check in and room and cocktail hour were perfect after a long day!
