Great service customer service is excellent and rooms clean always my stay when I'm in Norwich ct.
The gentleman I asked for directions was arrogant, hard to understand and not at all helpful. I could not find the property and therefore never stayed there. I called him repeatedly for help and gave up with a sense of revulsion. I should not be charged for an occupancy. I was on my way to a Harvard Business School reunion. Ira L. Clean and spacious rooms. Derek was very nice and helpful.
Stay was pleasant. Darren the shuttle driver was fantastic! Only criticism was the shuttle van was a simple white no way to identify with the hotel. Thankfully we recognized Darren!
