This hotel was so gross, dirty, unfriendly, smelly. Stayed there because of an airline cancellation and should have stayed at the airport. Waste of money.
We were left stranded at the airport by JetBlue at 2am. This was one of two places that would let us check in at this hour with an additional $140 fee. The front desk staff does not answer the phone so you have to go to the desk to ask for anything. The place is run down but seemed clean and orderly. They do not enforce the no smoking policy but you could smell marijuana in different areas. When I requested extra linen they didn’t hesitate to provide them.
The room was tidy and clean. Staff was nice.
