Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Would stay here again.
I would like to recognize the hotel staff for going above and beyond! I was in Midland attending my first doctoral residency and upon arrival, I discovered that my suits were wrinkled! The hotel staff arranged for my clothes to be pressed at a local cleaner and expedited the pickup and return. The noteworthy part of this story is that the team worked across shifts (overnight and the next day) to coordinate this effort which is often more challenging. Thanks so much to everyone involved for a job well done!
