My Cousin Tami and I arranged to rendezvous in Portland Maine To begin our vacation up in Boothsbay. The Holiday Inn shuttle picked us up separately because of our arrival times traveling from Michigan and California. The Shuttle Driver Alex was so kind and not only picked us up from airport but dropped us by the waterfront for dinner and picked us up. The next day a different and fabulous driver drove us to the car rental office. All for no charge just tip. Our rooms were beautiful and the front desk staff were excellent as well. Beautiful view of the bay and large comforting beds plus a huge tv. Definitely recommend this hotel and will plan to stay there again next summer.
Nice selection of shampoo/conditioner than most other hotels. Courteous staff with special shout out to Derek at checkin.
The room was old the air conditioning kept us up all night very loud when we arrived we had to wait for our room we sat in the lobby ,my husband sat on the couch it was soaked with something so the took off cushion never replaced it still missing the next am .The price was absolutely ridiculous $618.00 a night.

Despite the construction and the lobby being closed, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful as usual. We were staying for the New England Craft Brewers Summit and I thought the hotel did a wonderful job of hosting our large (400+) group. My husband and I come to Portland often and always stay at The Holiday Inn. Best hotel in town!
Good location. Friendly efficient staff. Shuttle was key for our stay and dropped us at the transportation center. Would stay again!
