This was a well kept property with a wonderful staff.
Very clean, comfortable bed and complimentary breakfast was good.
Staff were exceptional. Room clean. All Dove products for bathing and hand washing. Breakfast was delicious and definitely not what I expected for a buffet. We were definitely happy staying here.

Comfy beds, our water stayed hot though other's did not, enjoyed the pool and billiards table. Shout out to your super sweet guy that works the check in desk who has really long dreads. He was so friendly and hospitable! He even allowed our kids to grab yogurt and fruit before breakfast was open b/c we had to leave early for baseball before breakfast time.
There was too much noise. not a great location.
However for staying at this hotel there was a reward of a gift card to a restaurant 25$ however the restaurant certificate was only for 10$ and the recipient had to spend a minimum of 50$. Hardly worth the while!
Receptionist at check out was rude and wouldn’t even make eye contact. Housekeeping was good for the most part. Throughout the stay there was hardly any hot water to take showers unless you took it around lunch time but that serves no purpose as I had to work throughout the day. I needed a checkout receipt due to this being military funded but receptionist kept saying she couldn’t provide one due to Internet being down but didnt offer anyway of retrieving one.

The hotel is top notch!
Front desk clerk impersonal, poor temperament and bad attitude at the outset. Soiled carpets in the hallway, poorly kept elevators, the desk chair in the first room was filthy (ask to change rooms). Same clerk was agitated that I made that request. Room not serviced the next day. I've traveled significantly, experienced every possible brand (was a event planner for four major corporations). This was one of the worst experiences I've had.
I had a pleasant stay. The staff was helpful and polite.
Had a great visit, over all would book again. Everyone was polite, room was clean and private.
Olympia was very helpful and went above n beyond to make sure I got what I needed. The manager was also very helpful. Great staff, thank you all.
