I was there for a ballroom dance competition so nerves on edge as you can imagine. There were several time frames and arrangements (e.g., hair and makeup). There were two front desk ladies who were absolutely wonderful! They helped me with my room reservation, parking issues, timing issues and caused me to feel much calmer. Kudos to them I am grateful. Also the room was sparkling, the linens perfect and the shower products so nice. All in all a great stay.

This facility is nothing like the pictures. They only show the new tower which is one of five buildings. The others are a motel horror show from the 1970s. Moldy grout, missing trim, sloppy paint, ratty carpets. The staff is utterly incompetent: I had to return SIX TIMES to the front desk before they could give me a functional door key. At one point the luggage the.
