Very welcoming and friendly! Immediate action on a very small issue. Room was incredibly accommodating and clean. (But for anyone wanting a smoking room please do not ever expect ashtrays! I always bring my own and let any establishment know that there were none and I did not steal them!).

I almost felt sick the smell was so strong in my room of cigarette smoke and pot. Coffee was luke warm at breakfast and juice watered down. Bacon was paper thin.
