I was surprised to see through my balcony people on the lower floors looking like tenants more than guests. It felt awkward and not welcoming. There was a constant smell of cigarettes and weed roaming the property all while the rooms are said to be smoke free. Chairs on the balcony were dirty and unkept. Room was decent but nothing appealing.
There wasn’t enough wash clothes and towels. And when we asked for more it wasn’t provided.
Restauant food bar items. Not for seniors.
The room was warm and clean and Christopher’s Pub was excellent!

I grew up in Toms River and lived in Seaside Park. I am back in area and tho it may be a little pricey for most, I got the $50 a night dog fee taken off because my dog is a registered service dog. I could have gone to Seaside Heights to get a room for a LOT cheaper but there is NO guarentee of clean anything there especially this time of year. Shreya at the front desk had to help me multiple times and was quick, kind and effieient! five stars from me, believe me its worth the $$ knowing it is a clean and friendly place you are staying especially if u have a dog!
I just find it a little expensive.
I would love to come and stay again, but a little too expensive but thank you for your services.
