Clean new refurb. An excellent hotel. Very accommodating staff. Great breakfast room. The location was excellent for us.
Natalie at the front desk is great. She's very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is very nice as all Hampton Inns are. The location is just a short walk to old town St. Augustine. I would highly recommend this place.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel and room were very clean and super comfortable.
Natalie at front desk was exceptional, friendly and knowledgeable. She made our stay wonderful.
We came to celebrate a friend's birthday and was not disappointed at all! Susan was working the front desk when we arrived and she was absolutely amazing! We were a party of 8 and somehow one couple was booked for a different floor. Susan went out of her way to ensure we were all on the some floor and next door to each other.
