Natalie at the front desk is great. She's very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is very nice as all Hampton Inns are. The location is just a short walk to old town St. Augustine. I would highly recommend this place.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel and room were very clean and super comfortable.

We came to celebrate a friend's birthday and was not disappointed at all! Susan was working the front desk when we arrived and she was absolutely amazing! We were a party of 8 and somehow one couple was booked for a different floor. Susan went out of her way to ensure we were all on the some floor and next door to each other.
