I would book again. The evening mgr was so welcoming and helpful.
Upon checking in my room did not have air conditioning. The girls were very thoughtful and tried to help the best they could eventually, they found a room that had been an early checkout and cleaned it themselves. They did guarantee that they put new bedding and sheets on it, but it was not cleaned by the crew Having air conditioning was vital as it was 90+ degrees all weekend again the front desk staff was great I would just hope upon my check out paying full price for my stay or at least crediting me some sort of room stay would have been appropriate.
My room was very clean and pleasant and my friends and I enjoyed the very nice breakfast the next morning. I would absolutely recommend Fairfield Inn Des Moines to anyone and I will use them again when I travel to Des Moines.
