I had no real problems during my stay. Everything went well. A good selling point was the nearby Airmont Diner, but after it closed I was still able to get a meal at the hotel bar and watch the Yankee game on TV while eating.
The staff was kind and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortably large ground are beautiful and there are lovely areas to sit outside. Beautiful flowers. Very peaceful.

The fridge in one room didn't work. The air conditioning in the second room was broken. All in all, not a pleasant stay.
A wonderful crew with smiling greetings, clean and spacious. Love the open courtyard lobby with Koi pond and tasteful bar and restaurant. Walking distance to the offices where I come for seminars. Thank you Crowne Plaza Suffern. And the chef knows how to cook beef!
I enjoyed spending time there. Would have liked it to be a longer stay!

The Crowne Plaza is conveniently located near exit 14B of the NYS Thruway. The staff was was friendly and helpful. My room was near the elevator for my handicapped sister.
The room is spacious, attractive and very clean. I couldn’t operate the shower and had to take an old fashioned sponge bath. 🫤.
