Excellent customer service at the front desk—friendly and professional. Despite being in downtown St. Paul, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. Overall, the property was charming. I especially loved the decor and the unique history of the building, having once been a convent. We’d gladly stay here again if the need arises.

Nothing wrong with the hotel. It was clean, staff were efficient, bed was comfortable. Free breakfast (if you are eligible) was fine too. If you are going to a concert at the Fitzgerald Theater, you cannot beat the location.
