We found the entire staff from the front desk to the valet personnel to be less than friendly, professional and helpful. Upon checking in, every time we came into contact with hotel staff, they said nothing. Upon checking out, I attempted to book a reservation for next year’s graduation and I was told to go online as the front desk person appeared to not want to deal with the request. I have traveled to a multitude of hotels with my job all over the world and we were just surprised on the lack of personable and friendly employees. We often walked through the lobby with our pets and every staff person ignored us…..just seemed strange and contrary to other personal Marriott experiences….
Stayed here while our son was in the hospital, the hotel was in a great location. It was walkable to the hospital but it was too cold to walk, so we chose to urber. Loved having a kitchen in our room, laundry room and gym on the premises. Staff was very nice and accommodating!
I would book again and recommend to someone. A clean and secure hotel.
