They overcharge my credit card. The bathroom was dirty, I see mold, they didn’t offer breakfast. I will not recommend it.

Great Stay
Accommodations were very nice and clean. For a pet friendly room, it was perfect. Restaurant/Bar were nice and the grilled salmon was wonderful! Staff was “spot on” both at front desk and restaurant. Kudos to Holiday Inn Knoxville West I 40 and I 75, TN.
Very nice property that had been updated. Spacious areas and clean and comfortable rooms. They have nice dining ing area and at night they have a bar with a DJ helping folks get out and dance or you can listen to the good music and play pool. The workout room is adequate and the pool looks lovely.
The room was very clean and up to date. The staff was pleasant.
The hotel was neat and clean. The only negative was the shower head was needle piercing in room 436.

Nice room, gave Us senior discount, but not free breakfast because of senior discount. Room was clean.
The hotel was clean and the food for dinner and breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and we were able to bring our dogs. No complaints!
