The A/C in our room was not working properly; the restrooms are really small(only one adult at a time). Great shuttle service!

The hotel is in a great central location. the Rooms were clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. My only complaint as women there was no hooks to hang my makeup bag in the bathroom. (The door was a barn door style) There were no hooks in the room outside of the closet to hang clothes to steam or brush.
I enjoyed my stay at the Knoxville downtown Marriott. The staff were all friendly. I enjoyed dining in the hotel and getting my lattes at the coffee bar. The hotel was very clean and decorated beautifully for Christmas. I will stay there again if I’m ever back in Knoxville.
