Our family of three families (9 individuals) stayed here the night before leaving on a cruise and were very happy with the service. The rooms were immaculate. The breakfast bar was well stocked and quite good. The location was great with the Tanger Outlet and Buccees were very close. The staff were very responsive when we discovered one of our group had left their cell phone in the public area. They had picked it up and kindly held it for the family until their return from the cruise. Overall, an excellent experience!
I’ve stayed at the hotel several times before cruises and it’s been great.
