Check in/out was smooth, staff were excellent, room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. PERFECT!
Made reservation same day and arrived well before the three PM check in time but they had a room ready. Room had a king bed and was very clean. A/C worked well, bed very comfortable, all linens and towels were very clean. On site restaurant also clean and inviting and food was good. Was able to use their 4:30 a.m., free shuttle to airport for my early flight.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful. When I arrived at the hotel, I was extremely unwell from the drive from Niagara on the Lake. I didn't even have to ask for help with my bags. The fellow who checked me in merely quietly told me what floor without announcing my room number. I had asked to be below the 5th floor, so the 4th was perfect. The bed was very comfortable and although I didn't take advantage of the shower or the restaurant, I certainly would on a future trip.
Room had basic amenities but wasn’t well maintained. Example, soap bottles out of soap. The sink wouldn’t drain properly and even after asking the front desk if they could fix it, which they responded by sending a maintenance guy, they didn’t.
When we arrived, the bathroom door was broken and the shower head was leaking. One of the towels we got after room service had a brown stain on it. Talking with the front desk fixed things with the bathroom after they called a technician, but it was disappointing to see the room in that quality. It would be nice to see investments made to the necessities rather a spa.
I will certainly book again. Reliable, friendly staff, clean place.
I personally would have givin this a ten as I loved the resort. My husband has issues walking and the resort is big. He was not feeling all the walking. But the rest of the resort experience was great. We got lost a few times. Once a maintenance guy named Wan, who was at the end of his shift at like three am(maybe later) walked us back to our room. What a sweetheart! Thank you. The swim up bar was a lot of fun. These guys can dance! The sun has been wonderful. Great experience!
