It was excellent in all aspects. Great room, comfortable bed, great shower (as always) and great overall experience.

From the room to the breakfast to the cleanliness to the location. .all so good. Staff is amazing particularily the breakfast buffet woman. She is young and ever so helpful.
I left my iPad in my hotel room when I departed last Sunday. A housekeeping staff turned it in. Since I lived a long way from the Oakville Centre, I asked if the iPad could be shipped to me. Kathleen Reynolds the HR Mgr in AR personally took the iPad to the post office and mailed it. I am so appreciative of the quick and excellent customer service at the hotel the whole time I was there and even afterwards. I would gladly stay again next time in town. Thank you Marlaine Fetzer.

We enjoyed our stay during October 13/14, 2025. The room was clean and comfortable. We were able to adjust the temperature to exactly meet our needs before and after retiring for the night.
Every time we needed to know something or to change something the staff would go the extra mile. They would always smile and greet you. The facilities were good. We had our two dogs with us and our room was in the ground floor so it was easy in and out.
Staff was very helpful at front desk. Staff very friendly in bistro and service was excellent and the food was good too.
To a person, every staff member with whom we interacted was pleasant and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with our stay. We were impressed.
Every staff person I came across was professional, helpful and friendly.
