When we checked in, the hotel was experiencing a power outage and had no provisions for guests, not even emergency lights. Their intercom service was also down and remained down even after the services were restored. For guests who wished to cancel, they were still being charged. No gestures of appreciation or gratitude were offered to those who checked in. Additionally, the receptionist suggested we buy toothpaste and a toothbrush, which is typically provided upon request at most hotels. I would rate this Hilton as the worst I've experienced compared to others.

I was very happy with my stay here. The staff were excellent. If I needed anything they helped right away. Breakfast was really good. I would add more fresh fruit to the menu. All in all I had a wonderful stay.
