Booked for early flight. Perfect for south terminal. Staff very welcoming and efficient. Food and service good.
This hotel is very convenient for both the airport and railway station, although locating signs for the hotel from the station can be challenging. Check in was rapid. Decor of public rooms and bedroom is bland. Bedroom was clean and of a good size. Air con was fairly easy to use although the controls sometimes needed to pressed hard to function. Bathroom was warm and well=lit. Looking forward to a cup of tea and biscuits from the in room complimentary facility, I was not impressed to find that there were no complimentary biscuits or chocolate wafers provided: they have been provided in hotels costing a lot less than this one. Bed was comfortable. Using the room phone proved impossible and even though I reported the fault on the first evening, it was not fixed before I left two days later. Food in the restaurant was of a good quality and quantity.
