We were stranded in Ft Lauderdale when our flight was cancelled during bad weather, TSA slow down and spring break issues. There were no flights out for days and no available hotels. Though this Hampton Inn had no availability until the following day, they allowed us to stay in the lobby and did their best to get a room ready once someone checked out. They serve an amazing complimentary breakfast and could not have been kinder when we needed help most (30 hours with no sleep). We'll stay here again!

Very Clean.
We were very happy staying at that hotel. The room and bathroom were very clean. The cleanliness was amazing. The staff was very nice and respectful. Abdul was very kind and helped us with parking. We feel lucky and will be glad to stay there anytime.

Reservation under Munson. Stayed on April 1. It was NOT a pleasant stay. I don't have the room number. First, the plug ins by the bed where we plugged in our phones did not work so our phones were not charged the next morning. Second, bathroom fan didn't work. No slip guards on bottom of shower. Third, bed closest to door squeaked so badly that every time my sister rolled over, it woke me up. Fourth, your website advertises free shuttle to airport. Not true. We needed a ride at 4:45 a.m. but was told the shuttle did not run at that hour. Your advertising needs to give hours of shuttle service. This is false advertising. So we had to pay for a taxi instead of your "free" shuttle. Fifth, we waited for over 40 mins for shuttle at the airport to take us to the hotel. Then what should have been a 10 15 min ride to the 12th Ave location took over 40 mins because the driver took someone else first to a different location, miles away from ours. And that person did not pay, so I'm assuming he was an employee who got better treatment than guests. It was April one and all of this felt like an April Fool's joke. I do not plan to stay at another Hampton again.
This is a very busy property but well maintained by staff that work diligently to keep it that way. All of the staff members are friendly and very helpful.
My floor in the room was so dirty it left a black scum on the shower.The bathroom sink had water sitting in it because the drain plug didn't work. Chairs around the pool came from big lot.
