Me isieron el cobro two beses y lo peor q mi dinero ba. A tardar dias en regresarmelo el cuarto estaba algo caro para una cama pero lo peor fue q estaba demaciado sicio y la cama parese q solo la restiraron estaba sucia el baño donde ban las toallas esta lleno de polvo y los pisos sicios llenos de tierra las botellas de jabon basias como q solo así las dejaron del gest anterior no me párese nada bien el servicio 😡😡 por rentar cuartos sucios.
We stand at your Reid Park facility on the 7th and 8th Mar. I called them the next day to inform them I left a shaving kit in room 122. It is now Wednesday and I still have not had a call back. I called a second time and they said they would get back to me ! Still waiting!
The staff was very helpful throughout my time. The room was clean and breakfast had a variety of choices.
