The cool thing about Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Kingsland is that it offers a variety of amenities including a bar/lounge, gym, pool, restaurant, and spa tub.
I was struggling to locate ADA compliant lodging, with an adjoining room and the front desk staff at Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Kingsland went above and beyond to accomodate me and my elderly mother Thank YOU so much for your attention to my dilema! We will be back hopefully real soon!
We were sent to the wrong hotel there was no dog walk as promised the inside pool and hot tub was closed, the sheets have blood all over someone had used their restroom and not flushed or cleaned the carpet was wet in places there were no blankets on the beds at all and the pillows had been used the room absolutely was not clean and there were roaches, not safe for my 16 year old granddaughter to walk outside due to all the men sitting around at all hours of day and night.
On 1/23/25 called in evening due to charge hold on my account even after paying for room prior to checking in. Do not know name of employee that night she stated name was “mama”. I have never been treated with such disrespect. I live in this town and needed room due to ice storm and health conditions. I surely hope that a traveler to my town would not get this experience to remember. Training may be needed for this individual.
Alex Botello was so helpful and professional with such difficult conditions of weather and power outages. Her special personality was on display to all she served in her capacity. She is a shining star for Fairfield.
