I have stayed in a few HI Express locations. This one was not on par with the others. I was disappointed with some of the cleanliness of the room. Breakfast was disappointing as well. First and second morning, no grits. Second morning the drink dispenser was broken. When I asked if I could get some orange juice, I was told they were waiting on someone to repair the machine. Pretty sure the machine does not actually produce the OJ. A cup of OJ could have been provided. People smoked outside the room and some of the smoke odor was in the room. I have had better hotel experiences.
