The room was spacious and clean. We were very pleased.
Arrived and told them were looking forward to hot tub and they told us pool and hot tub have been broken for four years. We originally had a king room. They upgraded us to a suite since no pool or hot tub but only had queen available.Got to room and there were dead flies on air conditioner. Next morning there was no worker there to have breakfast ready. Fridge in our room froze all our food but the ice cream we put in freezer part melted.
