Your front desk concierge John greeted us and was very courteous. The room cleaning needs some work. Did not check shower left my washcloth as is and no body soap was refilled.
The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Which helped even though we were stressed from evacuating for hurricane Milton.
