First: the staff were all super friendly. But. the moment we entered there were smells, in the lobby and our room. It was really noticeable when entering. The air conditioning was so loud it was like being in an airplane hanger! But the real catcher was getting out of the hotel into the one way traffic. It was almost like taking a plunge into a formula one race! And, no complimentary breakfast. We ate in the restaurant the first morning. Buffet $14.99 featured cold grits, cold scrambled eggs and cold sausage. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Won't be staying there ever again.
Exceptional and friendly staff, including all the shuttle drivers. Exceptional cleanliness.
