I was able to check in at 10 am after flying in from LA and arriving around 830 am.
We had a decent stay and were mostly satisfied with the “big things” breakfast, hot tub, location. Beds were fine but the bed pillows were small, square, lumpy and RIDICULOUS. After seeing another similar review, I threw my own pillow in the car and am glad I did. Some towels were fine (fluffy ish), others were not. Some areas seemed clean, others did not (bathroom floors). Half the lights in the room were non functional. For the price, I expected the accommodations to be higher quality and consistent.
The hotel was nice and clean. Check in was easy check out was easy Everyone was super friendly. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was okay. The pillow sucked they're the size of a throw pillow and you only get three pillows per bed and they're not very comfortable pillows so I advise bring your own or stay somewhere else. We'll be staying somewhere else from now on because I'm not lucky pillows with and I think for the money that you spend you should get more than a throw pillow.
Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Helpful. Room comfortable but mattresses were too firm as were the half pillows. Very generous breakfast.

Twice last month we stayed in the same hotel. If we would have to be in Coon Rapids again, we will stay there. The employees were friendly and the room to include the bathroom were clean. The breakfast was decent.
